Here at Hooper’s Clinic, we offer PRIVATE Events and Parties!!!

Celebrating Birthdays and Special Occasions at Hooper’s Clinic is fun and exciting.  

Available Saturdays between 4:30p – 7:30p

All packages include:

  • The ENTIRE FACILITY reserved as a PRIVATE party just for you and your guess
  • 1/2 hour allowed for setup and 1/2 hour allowed for clean-up
  • Outside food and cake ALLOWED
For our most valued customers, as a display of our appreciation for your business and support we are offering you a discounted rate.  Rates for those that are new or who have not partcipated in our Program are slightly higher.  

Based on Sessions attended within the last 365 days.

Package 1

3+ sessions - $199
2 sessions - $249
1 sessions - $299

Birthday Parties/Events Policy

  • Payment due in FULL upon booking
  • Extra hours may be added; $50 per 1/2 hour
  • Extra instructor lead time available $50 per 1/2 hour
  • Signed waiver required for anyone using the court prior to party.
  • MUST bring court shoes ***no outside shoes allowed on the court*** This is for Adults and Children that want to play on the court
  • Party times will start and end per scheduled time. 
  • You are allowed 30 minutes before your event is scheduled to begin to setup and/or decorate. Additional set up time may be purchased in advance if available.
  • No wall hangings or decorations may be applied to walls, doors, or windows. Free-standing screens may be brought in for decoration.
  • Organizer must be present at all times.
  • Your event will end at the scheduled event time and allow 30 minutes after for cleanup. A $50.00 overtime charge will be applied to your account beginning 10 minutes past your allotted time and for each 15 minute increment after.
  • Hooper’s Clinic is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
  • If bringing in any additional entertainment or activities Hooper’s Clinic must be notified in advance, as we have certain guidelines that must be followed. You must inform our birthday manager upon booking if you plan on bringing outside entertainment such as party planners, face painters, bounce house, etc.
  • If excessive damage or messes are left , a $50 maintenance fee will be applied.
  • Food and beverages are allowed in the eating space only! Food and beverages will not be allowed on court playing space.
  • Rescheduling an event must be done at least 10 days prior to your original schedule.
