Group Intensive Training
(ages 6 -17)

Our co-ed Group Intensive Training consists of approximately 10 athletes separated by age and further separated by skills.  Please Note: some groups may be smaller or larger depending on the signups & levels of the class.  We offer a 1 hour training session that complements our weekly league and training program.  Our Intensive Training is structured to improve self-confidence and work ethic.  We base our training around the fundamentals of the game and believe this is the firm foundation to build an all-around athlete and player.

As we all know, participating in any kind of sport at any age is beneficial to kids’ physical, mental, and emotional health. The level of physical activity involved in playing basketball improves a kid’s body, mental health, and energy levels, benefitting all aspects of their lives. The advantage of training with Hooper’s Clinic is our healthy approach towards physical activity that also differs according to style and age. For kids, especially young kids, basketball training improves almost every perspective of their lives, even if they don’t know it.

There are many different types of sports to participate in. However, we believe basketball training for kids is one of the best. Basketball skills training for young kids is available at Hooper’s Clinic from age group 6 to 17.

Not every child may be interested in basketball, or any sport for that matter. This does not mean they can’t benefit from basketball training for young kids or enjoy it. The beauty of basketball is in the game itself. It’s an incredibly fun team sport that builds camaraderie and relationships. If your child may not be interested in basketball, talk to them about attending at least one of our basketball training sessions.  

Each session is 5 weeks and cost $165 per session
