REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Programs

Our Program operates based on the number of participants registered for each Session.  Based on each Session, coaches are hired and paid as well as overhead for the facility is computing and paid.  When a participant registers and fills a slot, it prevents another participant from being able to register and utilize that slot.  Therefore:

  • Make-up classes are ONLY provided should Hooper’s Clinic need to cancel class for an unforeseen circumstance
  • Due to limited space & classes, there are NO REFUNDS, make-up classes, or Credits towards other classes if your child misses
  • If extenuating circumstances present (such as prolonged sickness or body ailment that prevents your child from participating in said activity) causing your child to miss the REMAINING days of the session, will receive a prorated credit (good for 1 year) minus a $25 administrative fee ONLY IF notice is provided PRIOR to your child missing the Session.
  • CANCELLATIONS requested IN WRITTING at least 1 week prior to the start of the Session will be processed with a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee within 48 hours

1-on-1 Training

  • Be sure to confirm ALL dates when scheduling
  • You are allowed to reschedule no more than ONCE for 4 week session and TWICE for a 10 week session 
    • any missed sessions more than this will be forfeited
  • Advance notice of at least 2 hours must be given to reschedule a session
  • If running late, training will still END at scheduled end time 
  • CANCELLATIONS requested IN WRITTING at least 2 days prior to your scheduled training will be processed minus a $25 administrative fee within 48 hours

Birthday Parties/Events

  • Full refund minus $25 administrative fee IF notice provided 7 days PRIOR to event
  • Full refund minus $50 administrative fee IF notice provided less than 7 days to event
